We are upgrading our ticketing system from 22 June. As a result, you will see improvements in how you buy tickets online. Our new system is called Spektrix. You may be familiar with it from other arts organisations. Spektrix will provide a smoother and more intuitive booking experience with enhanced customer service features.
To enable this system change, no ticket sales will be available from 22 - 24 June. During this time our box office staff may not be available by phone as they will be carrying out the changeover. If you need to contact us you can email us at boxoffice@eastlothian.gov.uk and we reply as soon as we can.
Your contact information and ticket purchases will move to our new system – you do not have to do anything apart from reset your password the next time you book.
