Whether you are a first-time visitor or a regular patron, this page is designed to provide you with essential information about our venue, our policies, and our services. Performances & Pricing

What time does the bar open?

Our bars are open for an hour before the performance start time. If your show has an interval, you can pre-order interval drinks before the show, to avoid queuing. 

What drinks do you sell?

We offer a selection of cans and bottles of lager, cider, cans of spirit and mixer, Smirnoff Ice, WKD and individual bottles of wine.

You can also choose from a range of soft drinks, tea and coffee. 

What bus can I get to the venue?

We are currently operating out of several venues in Musselburgh and Haddington. You can check your route in advance at www.travelinescotland.com .

Can I choose a specific seat?

If your event has reserved seating, you will be given the option to choose your seats at time of booking. If you have particular access needs that you would like to discuss, please email boxoffice@eastlothian.gov.uk or call 0131 653 5245.

Can I pay for drinks by card or cash?

We only accept payment by cards and Apple Pay at our bars and kiosks at our venues.

Can I buy tickets on the door?

Yes, if the event has not sold out then you can buy tickets on the door. We just take card payment for door sales.

We do recommend you always buy your tickets in advance, to avoid disappointment.

How do I get into Loretto with level access?

If you need level access at Loretto Theatre, if possible please let us know in advance by emailing boxoffice@eastlothian.gov.uk or calling 0131 653 5245 and we will arrange for an alternative gate to be opened for you. At times it may be possible for you to be dropped off at the door. 

How do I let you know about my access needs?

Our front of house team are on hand to help you at our venues, please just ask. If you have specific needs that it would help us to know about in advance, please email boxoffice@eastlothian.gov.uk or call 0131 653 5245.
