Joining a group can have a positive impact on health and wellbeing by building self-confidence, making new friends, developing new skills, reducing social isolation and above all having fun.

Brunton Players

Our adult acting group is for anyone aged 18 plus with little or no previous acting experience.

The group’s tutor is a professional and experienced actor who covers a variety of drama techniques from improvising, character analysis, physicality and movement, script work and so much more!

The Brunton Showstoppers - singing group

Ages 16 plus
Do you love belting out favourite show tunes? Then join our new singing group, a fun feel good group where everyone is welcome.

No need to read music, just bring your enthusiasm and your voice!
Led by an experienced choir director, you’ll sing iconic musical hits in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Singing is fantastic for your wellbeing, boosting mood and reducing stress, while making new friends.

The Brunton Community Orchestra

All ages welcome.
Whether you’re returning to music or already playing, come and be part of our new community orchestra. We are friendly, welcoming, and open to all instruments (around Grade 5+ recommended).

Our emphasis is enjoying music together in a relaxed, supportive space. Playing as a group is fun and also great for your wellbeing, helping to reduce stress, boost mood, sharpen focus, and build a sense of connection.
