Participants will:
Dive under the sea with Disney’s Finding Nemo KIDS, to create a 30 minute musical adaptation of the much-loved Pixar film.
Throughout the week, participants will work with professional artists from The Brunton Performing Arts Network, to rehearse, create and perform, developing skills in acting, singing and movement in a fun, supportive environment. The week ends with a fantastic performance for family and friends.
Filled with catchy songs like Just Keep Swimming, Fish Are Friends Not Food, and Go with the Flow, this vibrant show brings an underwater world to life on stage in a heart warming tale for all ages.
Marlin, an anxious and over protective clownfish, lives in the Great Barrier Reef with his adventurous child Nemo, who dreams of exploring beyond their anemone home. But when Nemo is captured and taken to Sydney, Marlin must face his fears and set off on an epic ocean journey. Along the way, he meets a host of unforgettable characters, including the ever optimistic Dory, the laid back surfer turtle Crush, and the lively Tank Gang, all helping him discover courage, friendship and trust.
